1: We offer free transport in the south of Tenerife (including the Costa Adeje, Los Cristianos, Playa de las Américas and Golf del Sur-areas; please ask us if you are unsure about the pick-up areas). When you book online on our website, make sure to tell us in which hotel you are staying or to give us a call at (0034) 922 78 68 14 minimum 24 hours before your excursion, to confirm the pick up time and point, if you need a pick up.

Please note that if we are unable to pick you up directly from your hotel, we will pick you up at a nearby pick up point.

2: If you have any special dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, lactose free, no fish etc.) please let us know minimum 48 hours before your excursion.

3: At the time of booking the full amount must be paid.

​

4: It is not necessary to print the booking confirmation - all we need is the booking number.

​

5: If you choose to come to the catamaran on your own, you must come to our office in the port of Las Galletas (Marina del Sur) minimum 30 minutes before the sailing starts to claim your boarding passes.
